Thank you for shopping at JerryAndJo. We are committed to getting your custom embroidered pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing & Production Time
Since each item is custom-embroidered to order, we require time to craft your product with care.

Production Time: 1 – 3 business days.

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days.

Total Delivery Time: Production + Shipping (typically 4 – 10 business days).

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, external factors (courier delays, weather, holidays) may occasionally cause disruptions. We appreciate your patience.
